You might also be forgiven for assuming that the only food you can find is southern style! You could not be more wrong! Atlanta is teeming with restaurants of every description, and you will not be disappointed in this lovely city. We’ve listed just a few here which we think deserve a special mention.

This is a typical Brazilian steakhouse. You will find a very warm welcome here. They like children as well and make a special effort to make families feel at home. While the food is delicious, the room is great and not too loud; it is the service that will bring you back again and again. The staff go out of their way to keep you happy. If you fancy an excellent Italian meal, then this is where you should head. Don’t let the fact that it is located in the basement of a condo put you off. When you get past that, you will find an excellent atmosphere, delicious food and great service. Both the menu and the wine list are fantastic. This is a great place if you have a large group as they have a huge area in the basement especially for this. Both the service and the food is always consistent. Some of the clientele have been going there for 10 or more years, so that is a good indication. Mixed Grill, bone in rib eye and sirloin are the top favorites on the very impressive menu. This is a perfect place for that ‘special night out’, the one where you might propose or celebrate your anniversary. The ambience is just beautiful. There’s nothing on the menu that isn’t served in a perfect way. The Octopus tempura is fantastic, as is the leg of lamb and the duck breast. One of the features on the menu is the 26oz Porterhouse for 2! If you choose this, you will not be disappointed as the meat just melts in your mouth. But it is the lobster that takes the cake in this place! Fried lobster tail with drawn honey butter is the star of the menu! You can’t visit Atlanta without trying the brisket, and this is the place to do it! Pulled pork platters are also great and huge servings!
